Play Music Together!
Saturday, March 7, 2026 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to play music with other musicians? Do you want to learn how to play in a band or with a partner? Do you want a break from practicing at home alone?
Come learn about playing music with other musicians at the Play Music Together workshop!
Co-taught by two professional musicians, the Play Music Together workshop will teach you to listen actively, arrange and distribute parts, run a rehearsal, participate in a jam session, and constructively collaborate with other musicians. The workshop is open to all musicians aged eighteen and up, and will include group instruction, demonstration, and the chance to practice and play as a band with other workshop participants.
By the end of this workshop you will have a deeper understanding of musical collaboration. You will have also developed your confidence in playing with other musicians, and will be able to apply your new skills in your musical journey moving forward. Let us help you learn to play together!
